Which courier do we use?

Answer - We use Royal Mail and Hermes, these are both fully tracked services, but if you have any preference then please let us know before checking out. 

 

Are returns free?

Answer - Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns, as we offer the lowest possible prices for our customers. In order for us to cover the cost of every single return, we would then need to increase the price of each item. 

 

What happens if the item I purchased arrives damaged or faulty?

Answer - All items are quality checked before being dispatched, but if this were to happen any unexpected circumstance, then please rest assured, we will provide you with a FREE tracked returns label, so please contact us. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Answer - Yes, we ship worldwide. We charge £25.99 per item. But please bear in mind, you may have to pay import customs duty, depending on your local laws. Please email us if you wish to place an order from outside the UK.
